Summary: | The invention relates to a preparation method of hand-processed folium mori fu-brick compound tea, which comprises the following steps of: (1) preparation of raw tea of folium mori: removing stems of fresh folium mori, carrying out hot air fixation at a temperature of 300 to 350 DEG C, rolling for 10 to 15min, carrying out pile-fermentation for 10 to 12h, drying at a temperature of 50 to 60 DEG C to prepare the raw tea of folium mori, and placing the raw tea of folium mori at an aerated-dried position for storage and later use; (2) preparation of the hand-processed folium mori fu-brick compound tea: compounding the raw tea of folium mori with conventional raw dark green tea according to a ratio of 1 to 1, adding water and frying tea for 3 to 4h, carrying out brick pressing and encapsulation, and performing fungus growing for 10 to 15 days under the conditions of a temperature of 25 to 28 DEG C and a humidity of 70 to 80% so as to obtain the hand-processed folium mori fu-brick compound tea.
