Summary:A GUI (20) of this image processing device is a control window for accepting the alteration of an input parameter in a spatial gradation correction process, the GUI (20) accepting an alteration operation for five input parameters. In the GUI (20), a first input parameter pertaining to a correction scheme, the strength of correction, the degree of color enhancement, the brightness, and a correction range can be set. The correction scheme is selected by a pull-down menu (21), allowing one or a plurality of correction schemes to be selected from among contrast enhancement, backlight correction, dark part correction, and light part correction. The strength of correction, the degree of color enhancement, the brightness, and the correction range are designated by slide bars (22-25) that set the respective values as a user moves sliders (22a-25a) in the window to the left or right.
