Summary: | The invention discloses a silicon controlled assembly of a low-voltage soft starter. The silicon controlled assembly is characterized by comprising a thin pressing plate, an upper radiator, a lower radiator and a thick pressing plate which are arranged from top to bottom and are fixedly connected through a screw, wherein two silicon controlled components are fixed between the upper radiator and the lower radiator in a compressing manner; waveform rings and steel balls are arranged between the lower radiator and the thick pressing plate; the waveform rings are adhered to the bottom surface of the lower radiator; the upper ball surfaces of the steel balls abut against central inner holes of the waveform rings; and the lower ball surface of each steel ball abutting against the upper surface of the thick pressing plate is provided with a ball surface pit.
