Summary: | Disclosed is a busbar used for a new energy automobile. The busbar is characterized in that the thickness of the busbar is less than or equal to 12.5mm; the sectional area of the busbar is less than or equal to 38 cubic centimeters; the strength of extension b of the busbar is greater than or equal to 200Mpa; the yield strength, which is p 0.2, of the busbar is greater than or equal to 150Mpa; and the elongation, which is 5, of the busbar is greater than or equal to 15%. The strength of extension and the yield strength of the busbar can satisfy the bending and tensile property of stamping, and the hardness of the automatic structural member; and meanwhile, the busbar has relatively high conductivity, and can satisfy electric power connection and transmission requirements.
