The washing water system comprises a plurality of pretreatment washing sets and a plurality of aftertreatment washing sets, wherein the multiple pretreatment washing sets are used before electroplating and distributed in the workpiece moving direction, and the multiple aftertreatment washing sets are used after electroplating and distributed in the workpiece moving direction. The washing water system further comprises a washing water recycling mechanism. The washing water recycling mechanism comprises a recycle-water pipeline and a water pump, wherein the recycle-water pipeline is used for conveying overflow water on the back portions of the aftertreatment washing sets to the back portions of the pretreatment washing sets, and the water pump is arranged on the recycle-water pipeline.
