The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding water, half of an organosilicon-modified acrylic polymer emulsion, a dispersing agent, a wetting agent, a defoaming agent, silicate mineral and a nano-size mixture of tricalcium silicate, dicalcium silicate and tricalcium aluminate into a reaction kettle, and stirring uniformly; adding the rest organosilicon-modified acrylic polymer emulsion, and continuing stirring; and adding a film forming aid, continuing stirring, adding a vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, a leveling agent and a silanol-modified phosphate polymer, and continuing stirring.
