The invention provides a method for forming confectionary products and a confectionary product forming device. The method comprises the steps of: pre-shaping confectionary blocks, enaabling the confectionary blocks to pass pre-shaping roller pairs of a pre-shaping machine, cutting the confectionary blocks along lines basically parallel to the moving direction of the confectionary blocks so as to at least partially establish at least one size of the fianl shapes of a plurality of confectionary products fromed by the confectionary blocks; enabling the confectionary blocks to pass the matched roller pairs; providing shaped-limited concave parts on the rollers so as to enable the confectionary blocks to leave the rollers with a small adhesive force between the segments of the confectionary blocks and the rollers, wherein theshaped-limited concave part comprises at least one size which is a little larger than the corresponding size of the product shape; and mechanically impacting the confectionary products leaving
