The method comprises steps as follows: seeds are disinfected for 15-25s with 70%-80% ethanol firstly; the seeds are taken out and washed with distilled water for 3-5 times; then the seeds are soaked in warm water at the temperature of 35-45 DEG C, and the seeds after soaked for 15-40 min are taken out and placed in a germinating box with a layer of germinating paper; the germinating box accommodating the seeds is arranged in a constant-temperature illumination incubator with the illumination intensity being 3,000 xl, the illumination time being 12 h and the temperature being 25 DEG C for cultivation until the seeds are completely germinated. Besides, the seed soaking effect of a gibberellin solution is better than that of the warm water.
