A spectrum sensing detector and a spectrum sensing detection method thereof are provided. The spectrum sensing detector receives a radio signal, and generates a plurality of digital signals according to the radio signal. The spectrum sensing detector calculates a plurality of signal autocorrelation values and a plurality of signal cross-correlation values according to the digital signals, and calculates a signal variable value according to the signal autocorrelation values and the signal cross-correlation values.
