The invention provides an engine electronic controller which comprises a plurality of control channels. Each control channel comprises a signal conditioning unit, a main control unit, a logical processing unit and a driving unit which are mutually coupled in a communication manner, wherein the main control units of the control channels are coupled in a communication manner, and the logical processing units of the control channels are coupled in a communication manner.
