The invention discloses a polyculture technology for gracilaria and grouper. The polyculture technology comprises the following steps: (1) adopting a pond culture manner, wherein a pond is provided with a water inlet and drainage ditch, and a pond body needs to be cleaned, disinfected and sterilized firstly; (2) pouring seawater into the pond, and regulating the water quality to be adaptive to culture; (3) controlling the water depth of the pond to be 0.3-0.5m and the pond slope ratio to be 1/5; and (4) controlling the culture area of the gracilaria in the pond to be more than 3/5 and the density of grouper put into the pond to be lower than that of the grouper cultured alone.
