Provided are an antenna apparatus and an electronic device including the same. The antenna apparatus includes a first substrate, and a conductor pattern disposed on a surface of the first substrate and forming magnetic flux in a normal direction with respect to the surface of the first substrate. The antenna apparatus also includes a second substrate spaced apart from the first substrate, and a member disposed on the second substrate.
