Summary: | The invention discloses an AC signal converter for a helicopter rotor rotation speed indicating system and an AC signal converting method thereof. The signal converter comprises a signal conditioning unit, a waveform shaping unit, a digital signal processing unit, a high-speed digital-to-analog converting unit and a power amplifying unit. When a helicopter rotor rotates and drives a sound wheel to rotate, the signal conditioning unit converts an original orthogonal signal which is received from a magnetic sensor to a standard orthogonal signal. The waveform shaping unit converts the standard orthogonal signal to a square-wave signal. The digital signal processing unit acquires the frequencies of the standard orthogonal signal and the square wave signal and calculates an average value of the frequencies as the frequency of the original orthogonal signal. The high-speed digital-to-analog converting unit generates a three-phase AC signal of which the frequency is same with that of the original orthogonal signal |
