The invention discloses a flame-retardant PE filling master batch, which is made from the following raw materials, by weight part, 30-40 of low density polyethylene, 50-60 of heavy calcium carbonate, 4-6 of silicon calcium magnesium (SCM) whiskers, 0.5-0.8 of zinc stearate, 1-2 of decabromodiphenyl ether, 0.2-0.4 of dimethicone, 1-2 of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 3-4 of PE wax, 1-2 of stearic acid, 0.2-0.4 of an anti-oxidant 225, and 10-15 of a reinforcing agent. The filling master batch is subjected to extrusion granulation through a double-screw extruder.
