Summary: | The invention discloses a flame-retardant PE filling master batch, which is made from the following raw materials, by weight part, 30-40 of low density polyethylene, 50-60 of heavy calcium carbonate, 4-6 of silicon calcium magnesium (SCM) whiskers, 0.5-0.8 of zinc stearate, 1-2 of decabromodiphenyl ether, 0.2-0.4 of dimethicone, 1-2 of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 3-4 of PE wax, 1-2 of stearic acid, 0.2-0.4 of an anti-oxidant 225, and 10-15 of a reinforcing agent. The filling master batch is subjected to extrusion granulation through a double-screw extruder. A bellows processed with the master batch added has advantages of good flame retardance, high ring stiffness, light mass, high oxidation resistance, saved material consumption, convenient construction and installation and good high and low temperature resistance.
