Summary: | The present invention discloses a wind power plant active emergency control method in a power grid emergency state based on power prediction, belonging to the field of the electric power system automation technology. Based on the ultra-short wind power electric power prediction information, an optimal model is established to realize reasonable distribution of the active emergency regulation and control instruction between the sets in the wind power plant in the power grid emergency state and the cooperation of the active power of the sets for containing the deterioration of the development situation of the power grid. The number of times of motion of the wind power set control system is effectively reduced, the high-frequency starting and stopping of the sets are avoided, and the operation life of the sets is effectively improved, and therefore, the operation cost of the wind power plant is reduced, and the economy is improved.
