The invention discloses an antenna adhering apparatus and a method of an intelligent card. The apparatus includes a support, a tape conveying mechanism, and an adhering control mechanism. The tap conveying mechanism includes a tape, a used tape winding wheel, a unused tap winding wheel and a power mechanism. The adhering control mechanism includes two adhering wheels and a tensioning driving mechanism which drives the two adhering wheels to conduct reverse and reciprocating movement. The lower edges of the two adhering wheels are arranged at the same horizontal line. The tape between the two adhering wheels assumes a horizontal state. The support is connected to a vertical driving mechanism which drives the support to conduct vertical and reciprocating movement.
