The invention provides an intelligent infrared device adding method. Infrared signals are received through uniform intelligent infrared control terminals, analyzed into corresponding coded formats and sent to a server. Device information corresponds to the coded formats can be found through the server, and the device is added to a device list displayed at the mobile terminal. The purpose of universal remote control can be realized without the need of adding the device artificially and arranging a memory for saving an infrared code library at the mobile terminal. In addition, the invention further relates to an intelligent infrared device adding system adopting the method. 本发明提供种智能红外设备添加方法，通过统的智能红外控制终端接收红外信号并解析成对应的编码格式，发送至服务器，通过服务器查找与所述编码格式相对应的设备信息进而将设备添加至移动终端所显示的设备列表中，由此无须人工添加设备，并无须在移动终端设置用于存储红外码库的存储器，即实现万能遥控的目的。另外，本发明还涉及种采用该方法的智能红外设备添加系统。
