Summary: | The invention discloses a metallurgical waste material bonding clustering process, relates to a metallurgical pelletizing preparation process and aims to provide a metallurgical waste material bonding blocking process which is simple and beneficial to steel smelting, wherein an obtained metallurgical pellet is large in intensity. The process comprises the following steps that firstly, an adhesive is prepared, wherein water-based sodium silicate which resists high temperature up to 900 DEG C and resists pressure up to 5 MPa is selected as the inorganic adhesive; secondly, fine materials obtained after metallurgical waste materials are sieved are conveyed to a drying oven, the drying oven dries the waste materials, and finally the water of the waste materials is controlled within 2-3%; thirdly, the dried waste materials and the inorganic adhesive are loaded into a stirrer according to the proportion, by mass percent, of (50:2)-(50:5), the stirrer stirs the added materials fully, and a mixture is obtained; fourt |
