Summary: | The invention discloses a high-density diatom culture dish and a diatom culture method. The high-density diatom culture dish is characterized by comprising a culture container, a positioning core post, a round rod and a green LED (Light Emitting Diode) light source, wherein the positioning core post is of a transparent structure. The high-density diatom culture method comprises the steps of nutrient solution preparation, filtering treatment, insolation, heating and aeration. Through the arrangement of the positioning core post in the culture container, the green LED light source is wound on the round rod arranged in the positioning core post; the positioning core post is of the transparent structure, so that the green LED light source can penetrate through the positioning core post to be irradiated into a water body in the culture container; and under the irradiation of the green light, the content of chlorophyll a in diatom cells is the highest.
