Summary: | The invention discloses a crystalline benzimidazolyl quinoline based cuprous complex orange-yellow phosphorescent material and a preparation method therefor. The phosphorescent complex disclosed by the invention is prepared from a cuprous salt and a ligand through complexing and has a molecular structure of [Cu(2-QBI)(m-Tol3P)2]PF6, wherein 2-QBI and m-Tol3P are electrically-neutral heterocyclic ligands, i.e., benzimidazolyl quinoline and tri(m-methoxyphenyl)phosphine. The complex not only has the advantages of easiness in micromolecule purification and high luminescence efficiency, but also has high thermal stability. The material is prepared through directly mixing Cu(CH3CN)4PF6 with a dichloromethane solution of the ligands and carrying out a reaction, thereby having the advantages of simple and convenient process, simple equipment, easiness in raw material obtaining, low cost and the like.
