Summary: | A high linearity push-pull cascode amplifier is described. The amplifier is operable to provide a high output impedance through a step-up of a first transistor having a first transistor type and a second transistor having a second transistor type, wherein the second transistor type is different from the first transistor type. The first transistor and the second transistor are coupled in a cascode configuration. The first transistor and the second transistor are coupled together via a capacitor coupled to the input and share a common current path as a push-pull current multiplexed common-gate low noise amplifier with wideband input matching.
