Summary: | The invention belongs to the field of novel electric cylinder mechanical structure design, and especially relates to a structure which changes the transformation and connection mode of traditional motors and simplifies the connection mode between electric cylinder parts. Under the premise that the size of the electric cylinder is reduced, the coupling inside a traditional electric cylinder is removed. Through transformation of the motor part, the cost for motor purchase is saved. In addition, the mode of connection between most of the parts is simplified, screw connection between parts is canceled, the demand for position precision is met through the part structure, and a simpler and more compact electric cylinder internal structure and lower manufacture cost are achieved.
本发明属于新型电动缸机械结构设计领域,尤其涉及种改变传统电机的改造以及连接方式,并且简化了电动缸零件间的连接方式。在减小电动缸尺寸的前提下,取消掉了传统电动缸里面的联轴器,对电机部分的改造,节约了购买电机的成本;另外简化了多数零件间的连接方式,取消了零件间螺钉连接,用零件结构来满足位置精度的需求,达到让电动缸内部结构更简单紧凑,制造成本更低的目的。 |
