Summary:A large current power inductor includes a soft magnet magnetic cap magnetic core, a soft magnet bar-shaped magnetic core, a spacer layer and a conductor. The soft magnet magnetic cap magnetic core therein has a groove with a cross section in a specific shape. The cross section of the soft magnet bar-shaped magnetic core is similar to the cross section of the groove of the soft magnet magnetic cap magnetic core, so that the soft magnet bar-shaped magnetic core can be mounted into the groove in a fitting manner. The soft magnet bar-shaped magnetic core is wrapped with the spacer layer made of non-magnetic material. The spacer layer enables the soft magnet magnetic cap magnetic core not to contact with the soft magnet bar-shaped magnetic core directly. The conductor is disposed between the soft magnet magnetic cap magnetic core and the soft magnet bar-shaped magnetic core and forms an electrode.
