Summary:The invention discloses a preparation method of high reaction activity polyether and application of the prepared product. The high reaction activity polyether contains primary hydroxyl group terminated polyether glycol, and is a novel high activity polyether with low volatility and lower odor. The preparation method comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 15-35 of glycerol, 65-85 of propylene oxide and special lewis acid catalyst niobium chloride. Polyurethane foam prepared by adopting the high reaction activity polyether has excellent reaction activity, low volatility and low odor, and compared with the traditional secondary hydroxyl group terminated or polyethylene glycol terminated polyurethane foam, the foam quality is better and the volatility and odor are lower. 本发明公开了种高反应活性聚醚的制备方法及制得产品的应用。该高反应活性聚醚含有以伯羟基封端的聚醚多元醇,是种新型低挥发低气味高活性聚醚。制备方法是由以下重量份数的原料制成:甘油15-35;环氧丙烷65-85;特种路易斯酸催化剂五氯化铌。采用该聚醚制备的聚氨酯泡沫塑料具有优异的反应活性和低挥发低气味性能,相对于传统仲羟基封端或者聚乙二醇封端制备的聚氨酯泡沫塑料,泡沫质量更好,挥发性和气味更低。
