A metacycline hydrochloride pharmaceutical composition and applications thereof in biomedicines are disclosed. The composition comprises metacycline hydrochloride and a natural product compound (I) having a novel structure and separated from dry bulbs of fritillaria thunbergii. When the metacycline hydrochloride and the compound (I) are used separately, learning and memory capabilities of rats with synthetic vascular dementia can be significantly improved. When the metacycline hydrochloride and the compound (I) are used together, the improving effects are more obvious. The composition can be developed into a medicine treating the synthetic vascular dementia. 本发明公开了盐酸美他环素的药物组合物以及在生物医药中的应用，本发明提供的盐酸美他环素的药物组合物中含有盐酸美他环素和种从浙贝母的干燥鳞茎中分离得到的结构新颖的天然产物化合物(Ⅰ)，盐酸美他环素、化合物(Ⅰ)单独使用时，能明显改善拟血管性痴呆大鼠的学习、记忆能力；盐酸美他环素和化合物(Ⅰ)联合作用时，改善效果更为明显，可以开发成治疗拟血管性痴呆的药物。
