A liquid composite oil phase used for an emulsion explosive is disclosed. The liquid composite oil phase comprises 20-50 parts by weight of composite wax, 5-25 parts by weight of microcrystalline wax, 5-20 parts by weight of base oil, 10-30 parts by weight of an oleic acid derivative emulsifier, 5-20 parts by weight of a polyisobutene butanedioic anhydride derivative emulsifier and 0-5 parts by weight of a modifier. A preparing method of the liquid composite oil phase includes adding the composite wax, the microcrystalline wax and the modifier according the ratio, fully melting at 80-100 DEG C, adding the base oil, the oleic acid derivative emulsifier and the polyisobutene butanedioic anhydride derivative emulsifier, fully stirring, filtering, conveying to a thermal-insulating storage tank and storing, and when the liquid composite oil phase is to be used, the liquid composite oil phase is directly conveyed through an oil tank truck to a thermal-insulating tank of an emulsion explosive production line.
