Summary: | The invention discloses a biological testing method for comprehensively evaluating the water quality of drinking water. The biological testing method comprises the following steps of dividing water fleas into a plurality of groups, wherein the number of the water fleas of all groups is the same, and the water fleas in the same group are put into the same culture dish; adding equivalent same culture media in the culture dishes in all groups, adding equivalent different tested water, and enabling the water fleas in each group to freely drink the corresponding tested water of each group; feeding the water fleas in each group for once every day, replacing the tested water for each group for once every day, observing and recording death situations of the water fleas every 24 hours, and removing dead water fleas and proliferous young water fleas; accurately recording death time of each water flea, and comparing the average survival time of the water fleas in each group, thus evaluating the water quality of the test |
