The invention discloses a device to reduce noise produced by the restarting of an air conditioner compressor. The device comprises a refrigeration system, an electromagnetic stop valve and a time-prolonging controller; the refrigeration system comprises the compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger with a fan, a liquid accumulator, a filter, an expansion valve and an indoor heat exchanger with a fan which are connected through a pipeline in a sequential and circulatory manner; the electromagnetic stop valve is connected with a connection pipeline between the compressor and the indoor heat exchanger with the fan; the time-prolonging controller is serially connected in the control circuit of an air conditioner and is respectively connected with the compressor and the electromagnetic stop valve in an electrical manner through control lines. The device has the advantages of simple structure and easy implementation, and achieves the effects of reducing noise produced by the restarting of the air conditioner compressor
