Summary: | The invention discloses a production process for sintering silicon carbide ceramics with photovoltaic silicon linear cutting wastes. The production process comprises the following four steps: raw material preparation, wet ball milling, biscuit preparation and high temperature sintering. The production process has the advantages and beneficial effects that the recycling added value of photovoltaic silicon linear cutting fluid can be greatly increased by using the photovoltaic silicon cutting wastes as the main raw materials and adding carbon black, colloidal graphite and silicon carbide powder to carry out preparation reaction to sinter the silicon carbide ceramics; and the silicon carbide ceramics are compact and have low water absorption and apparent porosity.
