Summary:A vehicle pneumatic tire with a tread has at least two tread regions surrounded annularly in the circumferential direction with defined width, such as tread ribs (1, 2) which are composed of circumferentially successive tread units implemented by a similar geometry, that is the so-called pitched (P1 to P5, P1' to P5'). The pitches are set with at least three different circumferential lengths (L1 to L5, L1' to L5'), the pitches (P1 to P5, P1' to P5') are arranged in the respective tread regions on the tire circumference in a respective noise optimized sequence, and total number of the pitches (P1 to P5, P1' to P5') in at least one tread region surrounded annularly in the circumferential direction differs from the total number of the pitches (P1 to P5, P1' to P5') in at least the other tread region surrounded annularly in the circumferential direction. The total number of the pitches (P1 to P5) in the tread regions having the largest total number of pitches is at most 3% greater than the total number of the pit
