Summary: | The invention relates to the field of foods and particularly relates to a lentinula edodes beverage and a preparation method thereof. 500 ml of the lentinula edodes beverage is prepared from following raw materials including, by weight, 0.2-1 part of fresh lentinula edodes, 40-70 parts of sugar, 420-460 parts of water, 0.2-0.6 parts of apples, 0.4-1.2 parts of lemons, 0.02-0.1 parts of pawpaw, and 0.2-1 part of dates. The lentinula edodes beverage is prepared by boiling the fresh lentinula edodes directly in water, wherein nutrients in the lentinula edodes are dissolved out into water during the boiling step, thereby reducing nutrient loss of the lentinula edodes and reducing damage on the nutrients of the lentinula edodes. Meanwhile, with addition of fructus lycii, the pawpaw and the dates, according to the traditional Chinese medicine theories, the beverage has the effects of tonifying qi and nourishing the spirit, reducing blood pressure and fat, and improving immunity.
