Summary:The invention discloses an LED module and a display device thereof. The display device comprises a bottom shell, a lamp board assembly fastened to one side wall of the bottom shell, and a surface cover covering the lamp board assembly and matched with the bottom shell. The bottom shell, the lamp board assembly and the surface cover are assembled into a whole and can be bent into a cambered surface or a plane. Due to the surface cover, a good dustproof effect is achieved for the lamp board assembly; due to the structural design, the bottom shell, the lamp board assembly and the surface cover can be conveniently assembled and can be bent into the cambered surface or the plane, and then a cambered surface or plane display structure can be installed.
