The invention discloses a resistor quality testing device. The resistor quality testing device comprises a shell. A wiring electric box, a safety resistor and a voltage testing device are sequentially arranged on the top of an inner cavity of the shell from left to right. A positive electrode wiring port and a negative electrode wiring port are formed in the top of the wiring electric box. The top of the positive electrode wiring port and the top of the negative electrode wiring port penetrate through the shell and stretch out of the shell. A power connector is arranged on the left side of the wiring electric box. According to the resistor quality testing device, through cooperative use of a processor, a current testing device and the voltage testing device and improvement of a generator, measured resistance values of the resistor are more accurate, and detection precision is improved accordingly; through cooperative use of the processor, a qualification indicator light, a disqualification indicator light and
