The hydraulic system energy recovery device comprises a hydraulic cylinder, a first one-way throttle valve, a second one-way throttle valve, a servo slide valve, a first hydraulic control one-way valve, a second hydraulic control one-way valve, a first hydraulic motor, a second hydraulic motor, a first reversing valve and a second reversing valve. The second reversing valve is connected with the first hydraulic motor and the second hydraulic motor. The first hydraulic motor is connected with the second one-way throttle valve through the first hydraulic control one-way valve. The second hydraulic motor is connected with the first one-way throttle valve through the second hydraulic control one-way valve. The first one-way throttle valve and the second one-way throttle valve are connected with the hydraulic cylinder.
