Summary: | The invention discloses a grouting composite ground suitable for consolidation and deviation rectification of a high-rise building structure and provided with an adjustable pre-buried steel pipe and a construction method thereof. The composite ground comprises the pre-buried grouting steel pipe which is a grouting steel flower pipe, the bottom of which is in the type of contraction. Multiple grouting holes are formed from the top to the bottom of the pipe wall of the grouting steel flower pipe. The grouting steel flower pipe is inserted in a drill bore and extends to a hard stratum downwards from a bottom board structure layer of a basement. The grouting steel flower pipe is poured into cement slurry through static pressure grouting. Cement column is formed in the grouting steel flower pipe by poured cement slurries and cement slurries ejected out of the grouting holes can disperse along the drill bit in a radial direction and be combined with soil mass in order to form a tree-root-shaped netted venation body |
