Summary: | The invention discloses a method for separating and purifying an antifungal substance from Bacillus subtilis. The method comprises the following steps: 1, inoculating activated Bacillus subtilis into a common potato dextrose agar medium, carrying out shaking culture for 3d, centrifuging the obtained culture liquid, and taking the obtained supernatant to obtain a Bacillus subtilis fermentation liquid; 2, centrifuging the Bacillus subtilis fermentation liquid, taking the obtained supernatant, adjusting the pH value to 2.5-3.0, and standing the adjusted supernatant at 4DEG C overnight; 3, centrifuging the obtained fermentation liquid, and extracting the obtained precipitate with methanol for 2-3h; and 4, adding a concentrated methanol extract liquid to Sephadex G-100 for separation to obtain the single antifungal substance having a high inhibition rate on mulberry rot-causing fungi and containing a single component. The method is simple, and makes industrial large-scale production be easy.
