The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing sodium carbonate and a surfactant, putting sodium silicate in water, and forming the silica sol under the acidic action. The surfactant restricts the growth of primary particles and increases the specific area. The sodium carbonate is coated; and under the action of high-temperature calcination, the coated sodium carbonate is removed to form the large pore volume.
