The preparation process comprises the steps: shelling gingko nuts, and then, boiling the shelled gingko nuts to remove inner peels; adding a certain ratio of pure water into the peeled gingko nuts, and carrying out crushing so as to prepare pulp; pouring the pulp into a homogenizer for homogenizing; carrying out biological enzymolysis; carrying out high-pressure sterilizing treatment; carrying out centrifugal filtration so as to obtain clarified gingko nut juice; carrying out probiotics fermentation, thereby obtaining a finished product.
