The present invention discloses a leak detection and image repair management system. The process for implementing the system includes the following steps of: S1, project establishment; S2, field detection; S3, leakage repair; and S4, judgment on whether a sealing point is changed, shifting to S1 if the sealing point is changed, shifting to S2 if the sealing point is not changed.
