The method is performed through the following steps: first, acquiring a human action, preliminarily editing the action and determining the starting frame and the finishing frame of the action; second, extracting the articulation points, the circularity and the Zernike moments of the edited human action data as descriptive characters of the human action; third, removing the noises in the descriptive characters and the errors from action speed change and action time matching; and finally, considering the processed descriptive characters as inputs which are then inputted to a support vector model for trainings so as to obtain a classification model for identifying the action.
