Summary: | The invention relates to a preparation method of an electro-chemiluminescence immunosensor based on silver-hybridized bismuth sulfide and belongs to the field of electro-chemiluminescence sensors. With the silver-hybridized bismuth sulfide as a second antibody marker, detection on a prostate specific antigen is achieved according to different electro-chemiluminescence signal intensity of to-be-detected substance in different concentrations.
