The invention provides a water-bath heating device for a natural gas engine. The water-bath heating device comprises a water-bath heater, a thermoelectric generator and a heat exchange medium circulating device. A gas inlet of the water-bath heater is connected with a natural gas tank, and a gas outlet of the water-bath heater is connected with a gas inlet of the natural gas engine. An exhaust port of the natural gas engine is connected with a heat end inlet of the thermoelectric generator, and a heat end outlet of the thermoelectric generator is connected with a silencer. A cooling liquid outlet of the natural gas engine and a cold end outlet of the thermoelectric generator are both connected with an inlet of the heat exchange medium circulating device, and an outlet of the heat exchange medium circulating device is connected with a cooling liquid inlet of the natural gas engine and a heat exchange medium inlet of the water-bath heater; a heat exchange medium outlet of the water-bath heater is connected with
