Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method for asymmetric aromatic thioether. The preparation method comprises the following steps: successively adding aryl thiophenol or alkyl mercaptan, aryl halide and alkali into a reaction container, then adding imidazole ionic liquid as a solvent and carrying out stirring for a reaction; and after completion of the reaction, adding ethyl acetate, recovering ionic liquid through liquid separation, carrying out rotary evaporation to remove the solvent and then carrying out silica gel column chromatography so as to obtain asymmetric aromatic thioether. According to the invention, the imidazole ionic liquid is used as a reaction medium, reaction conditions are mild, and a transition-metal catalyst is not needed; and reaction yield is high and substrate survivability is good.
本发明公开了种不对称芳香硫醚的制备方法,其步骤为:将芳基硫酚或者烷基硫醇、卤代芳烃和碱依次加入反应容器中,最后加入咪唑类离子液体作为溶剂并搅拌反应;反应结束后加入乙酸乙酯,通过分液回收离子液体,旋蒸除去溶剂,经柱层析硅胶得到目标产物。本发明采用咪唑类离子液体作为反应介质,反应条件较为温和,无需使用过渡金属催化剂;反应产率高,底物耐受性好。 |
