Summary: | The invention discloses a preparation method of flat soft magnetic alloy powder. The preparation method is characterized by comprising the steps of: (1) material selection; (2) first-grade grinding; (3) second-grade grinding: an elliptic steel section is selected as a ball milling medium; circular cake-shaped FeSiAl magnetic powder of 2-4 microns, solvent and a dispersing agent, obtained through first-grade grinding, are mixed in a rolling ball mill; the ball-material ratio is (20: 1)-(40: 1); the dispersing agent is not more than 1% of magnetic powder by mass; the ball milling is performed for the magnetic powder to reach a thickness of 0.5-1 micron and a radial size of 80-120 microns with a rotating speed of lower than 100 r/min of the ball mill; and the magnetic powder is discharged and dried, and is annealed at 850 DEG C with argon or hydrogen as protective atmosphere to eliminate the stress; and (4) wind separation screening.
