The invention relates to a safe dispensing injection needle with a one-way filter function, comprising a needle tube, a needle base and a filter device, wherein the needle tube is fixed at the front end of the needle base. The safe dispensing injection needle with the one-way filter function is characterized in that the filter device is arranged in a liquor channel of the needle base, a liquor extraction channel and a liquor pushing channel which are separated from each other are arranged in the filter device, inlets and outlets of the liquor extraction channel and the liquor pushing channel are all connected with the liquor channel, a filter film is arranged at the inlet end of the liquor pushing channel, and a one-way valve structure is arranged at the outlet end of the liquor pushing channel; and a check valve mechanism is arranged at the outlet end of the liquor extraction channel. When the safe dispensing injection needle with the one-way filter function extracts and pushes liquor, the liquor flows throu
