The invention discloses a lithium ion battery pack module and a lithium ion battery pack with the lithium ion battery pack module. The lithium ion battery pack module comprises a battery pack body, a first adapter plate and a second adapter plate. The first adapter plate is fixed to the top of the battery pack body; N+1 soldering tin fixing platforms are arranged on the top surface of the first adapter plate, tabs of single batteries stretch to the top of the first adapter plate and are fixed to the soldering tin fixing platforms on the sides of the tabs in a welded mode, and therefore the single batteries are connected in series to form the battery pack body; N+1 protruding conducting columns are further arranged at the top of the first adapter plate and electrically connected with the soldering tin fixing platforms respectively through a circuit embedded in the first adapter plate. N+1 conducting holes are formed in the bottom of the second adapter plate, an extension socket is fixed to one side of the seco
