A refrigerating system employs a three-section mixing refrigerant refrigerating compressor; a liquid phase produced after cooling of the mixed refrigerant compressor is heavy-refrigerant; a gas phase continues to conduct three-section compression by the compressor; a liquid phase produced after cooling of the mixed refrigerant compressor is a middle-refrigerant and a gas phase is a light refrigerant; the heavy-refrigerant, the middle refrigerant and the light refrigerant respectively enter different flow paths of a cold tank for condensation and over-cooling; flash evaporation is conducted to a first section and second section of the compressor by the three refrigerants, so cooling capacity is provided for the cold tank; and pre-cooling, condensation and overcooling to the natural gas can be completed.
