Summary:The invention discloses a trocar balloon expander which comprises a trocar, a push rod, an expansion balloon and a one-way inflation tube, wherein the expansion balloon which can expand after being inflated for manufacturing an endoscopic surgery space is arranged at the end of the trocar; the push rod which is used for ejecting the expansion balloon, so that the expansion balloon is implanted into a clearance under an incision through a relatively small surgery incision after deforming; the one-way inflation tube is connected with an inflator pump and can inflate the expansion balloon, so that surrounding tissues of the slot clearance under the surgery incision pushed and the clearance under the incision expands and enlarges to form the endoscopic surgery space. An expansion balloon taking device is arranged at the front end of the push rod; and the expansion balloon can be separated from the trocar end and taken out through a trocar inner cavity after surgery space expansion is finished.
