The intake panel solves the problem of complex structure of an intake panel in the prior art. 本发明提供了种进风面板和空调器。进风面板包括：面板体，面板体具有格栅开窗；加强条，加强条设置在面板体的出风侧的表面上，且格栅开窗的至少组相对设置的边缘处均设置有加强条，加强条与面板体的出风侧的表面之间形成朝向格栅开窗的定位结构。本申请解决了现有技术中的进风面板结构复杂的问题。
