Summary:The invention discloses a separation and recovery method of rhenium in sulfuric acid waste liquid. Firstly, the sulfuric acid waste liquid is filtered by using an affinity film until rhenium is detected in penetrating liquid of the film; then, the film is washed by running water to remove impurities non-affinely absorbed on the surface thereof; and finally, rhenium on the surface of the film is removed by an eluting agent. The method can overcome the defects in traditional solvent extraction method, chemical precipitation method and ion exchange method by using an affinity film filter method, and has such advantages as high rhenium selectivity, fast recovery speed, no need of additional medicament, low operation pressure and high utilization rate of absorption capacity. 本发明公开了种硫酸废液中铼的分离回收方法,先用亲和膜过滤硫酸废液,直至膜的透过液中检测到铼;再用自来水冲洗膜,将膜表面非亲和吸附的杂质冲掉;最后使用脱洗剂洗脱膜表面的铼;本发明采用亲和膜过滤法可以克服现有的溶剂萃取法、化学沉淀法以及离子交换法所存在的缺点,具有对铼选择性高、回收速度快、不需要额外添加药剂、操作压力低、吸附容量利用率高等优点。
